Royal Drips provides mobile IV therapy in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida. Contact: office@royaldrips.com, (954) 258-8031.
When you book or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, preferred date and time, the drip and add-ons you choose, and any notes you give us, which may include health information. Members also have a login email and password (the password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us).
Only to schedule and deliver your treatment, have a licensed clinician review your health information before treatment, send you booking confirmations and updates, manage your membership, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and do not use your health information for advertising.
Royal Drips staff and the nurse assigned to your appointment. Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), booking emails are sent through our email provider (Resend), and the website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
As long as needed to provide care and to meet medical-record and legal requirements. You can ask us to update or delete your account information by emailing office@royaldrips.com.
Access to booking and member data is restricted to signed-in staff and to each member's own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't email us sensitive medical details unless we ask.
